Acesse seu vtiger CRM 5.1.0 e em Configuração > Gerenciador Módulo, aba "Módulos Customizados", clique em Importar, selecione o arquivo zip do pacote de idioma e importe o arquivo. Reinicie seu vtiger CRM e selecione o idioma PT Brasil.

Access your vtiger CRM 5.1.0 and in Configuration > Module Manager, in tab "Custom Module", click in "Import" button, select the language pack zip file and import the file. Restart your vtiger CRM and select PT Brasil language.
Use the Module Manager tool to directly install the extension from the downloaded file, for all extensions that support Module Manager. For vtiger CRM 5.0.4, the Module Manager is not included in the base installation and you need to download and install the vtlib Extension first.
