| vtiger is a very robust Customer Relationship Management System. The performance is excellent and system management (installation, backup and updates) is easy. We are very happy on how we have worked together with the vtiger team to enhance vtigers features (enhancing the reporting module, and building a Contract Management Module). The fact that vtiger is Open Source is a big advantage for us. We can easily perform minor bug fixes and changes, and we can run it on as many servers with as many users as we want (currently about one thousend users) without the need of complex license administration.
