I have bought the support and i am expected a professionnal services from the support team. 
This is the second time i have not received a response from a ticket dated october 23. 

The first time, i have hired a programer after waiting a response from a ticket i have posted concerning an obvious mistake.

Today i have posted a ticket concerning a customer portal issue on vtiger5.01 both on the forum and the customer support: this is because i do not sure to receive a response from the customer support.


Please Richie, if you want more sales for the support, please consider first responding the customer support before the forum support.
