Think what you get with any commercial CRM product or the kinda-sorta open-source products. Is it worth the expenditure? Can you trust those products and be happy with what you are paying for? Imagine what you have to pay for getting to even learn the product, forget about customization charges!
vtiger does charge for customization and training. The max amount that you spend on the training is sub-$1000. Think of the savings that you make! Think of the gain that you make. The tailor-made customizations are also far less expensive than what you have to shell out with the other products! I am not telling you that we are any of the fly-by-night software shops that charge you $15/hour and vanish when the deal is done. We standby you and our customization. We believe gain is mutual and we want to establish long -term business relationships with you.
Distinguish between marketing-lies and technical-truths.
