5.0.3 validation phase

5.0.3 is in validation phase, we have started the validation last week, hope it should get over before this weekend. The internal training about our product by our senior guys to our new developers has helped a lot, a result of this we will be having a best quality validation this time, also there will be more validation bugs in the trac too.
We have updated the bleeding edge demo with the latest build, do have a walkthrough and post any issue you find there in trac with Milestone as ‘5.0.3′ and Version as ‘5.0.3-val’.
One of the latest problem we are facing as far as the php version is concerned is the support of php 5.2, right now we don’t have any solution, we have planed to take this for post 5.0.3, if anyone comes up with a solution (not fix) we may integrate in 5.0.3 itself.
Awaiting for a best release this time.

Nice news! Tested the migration wizard (4.2.4 -> 5.0.3) and it seems better, but I still have errors (posted in the forum).
Mickie, please address the migration concern asap.
The migration must sing and I do not care which to which version - whatever we are supporting, it must bloody well sing!
We have also updated our German demo to vtigercrm-5.0.3-rc3 in order to verify the solved i18n issues. Good job! So far there are new new bugs to report, just what is in the bugtracker already.
However, some english language files might need a little bit of a touch up (we realized it when we made the translation). Some expressions have spelling errors (small and capital letters) e.g. from include/lang
‘CURRENCY_CHANGE_INFO’ => ‘Currency Changes has been made Successfully’,
‘INVALID_ADD_IN_OTHER_EMAILFIELD’ => ‘\” not a valid email address in Other Email field’,
‘ACCOUNTNAME_CANNOT_EMPTY’ => ‘AccountName Cannot be Empty’,
or are in bad English.
In addtion, there are different warning messages when you delete an entry in the list view and in the detail view.
These are all minor issues but since Richie wants to build a close to perfect system it is worth to mention it.
Balduin, thanks for your feedback and comments. We’ll fix the inconsistent string case issue.
Btw are you using IE? because the warning messages is more there, and this will be fixed definitely.

I have been tsting with IE and Firefox always.
Roy, its all in the SVN, look at http://vtiger.fosslabs.com/cgi-bin/trac.cgi/browser and use some SVN client to browse. I realized that the link for the SVN Usage at the Community page is broken.
