Hi,
does somebody know how to sort the Marketing contacts by company names? I tried it with using account names but when I creat an account I cannot open any folder on the Marketing contact sheet to put in the account name.
Somebody knows how to solve this problem?
Tnanks,

Hi Verena,

As per our off-line discussion, while creating a new marketing contact you can select the "Account Name" (Company) from the Contact details page (Hint: Select Account Name look-up in Contact details page). Afterwards you can sort contacts by account name from the Contacts Home --> Contacts List page.

Thanks,
Gopal
