vtigerCRM-5.0.3 release next week

vtigerCRM-5.0.3 is scheduled for release next week.

I am satisfied with the quality of the product now and hope that you too share the feeling.

We are working tomorrow and hope to have a few more tests run on the build. Those interested can join the fun and file bugs in the trac.

Barring any showstoppers, the release is set for the coming week.

    Yes, we have tested IMAP server throughly in our labs. If possible, kindly test in your setup and let us know your feedback.

    You can checkout the latest source from our repository (rev 11042).

    I am using SUSE10.2 and the latest LAMPP installation. VT503 does not work with this combination. In the forum, the answer was that I should reinstall my SUSE to an older release.
    That is not really the answer to me because I need the 10.2 release for other reasons.

    My question: will the PHP5 issue be sorted out before the final release?

    The new code has a problem with Contacts to Potentials relation. When you create a potential it cannot be seen when looking it while in the contact. It can be seen when you are in potentials and looking at the related contacts.

    Also when you send an email with a image in the email body using a url link the image does not get sent to all of the selected contacts. Only the copy to the sender is correct.

    I am also having a problem with downloading attachments.

    System = IE7 and Suse 10.1

    I attached a patch for the IMAP TLS problem that we observed to the forum topic:

    (see last entry, it didn’t like a .patch file).
    I will be happy to test again when the changes get integrated with the Webmail code.
