We have been casting about for an Open Source CRM and discovered a lot that claimed to be. A false claim as they were all proprietary, although they were built with Open Source tools.

Keep up the good work, and I may have a patch or two to contribute down the road.

vTiger is a  true Open Source CRM. (And yes, I recogninze the importance of the fundamental work provided by Sugar.)
