I'm really happy with the product! It's fun every day and really helps us doing our business! And I also saw the post of issues going down, that' great! I also know, that there is always room for improvement... one of the major things for me would be to UNCOUPLE persons and organisations. I think that the vast majority of vtiger users is also having B2C business maybe besides B2B. For B2C business your customer is just and only one person (=contact). It is working very well and has took vtiger closer to it's goal. With it's faults, it is a very good product. Although there are many things that you can add to the next release the only thing I would like to ask for is to not have to translate the customer portal again. PLEASE before starting any development on the Customer Portal have a look at the work we have done translating. We have only eliminated the hard coded strings and added language selection.
