Open Source CRM Survey - Participate and reap the benefits!

If you are CRM user (not necessarily vtiger CRM) we would like to seek your opinion on OpenSource CRM systems by taking the following survey (conducted by Deloitte Consulting BV). Your feedback will help us build better open source software and services. The survey will take only approx. 10 minutes to complete. At the end of the survey, you are given the option to receive the results of the research. what is this?
“CRM Application server appliance: A small standalone device (approx. size 180mm x 148mm x 38mm) on which a full CRM system solution runs and requires merely the plugging into the organization’s network.
Such devices are provided by vTiger and function relatively similarly to standalone systems such as SugarCRM’s SugarCube.”
I had not heard about this yet :-O
