    With regards to the “Duplicate Records Handling”, does the matching only work on exact company name matches? Or is there some fuzzy matching going on?

    Hi John,

    If you are searching for duplicates in accounts module, then duplicates displayed are depends on exact company name. If you are finding duplicates from some other module (contacts), then duplicates displayed are uniquely depends on the company but not the name.

    1)I may seem looping thru the issue, but…
    Quotes & SO snapshots.
    I ´ve changed items qty in a quote and it´s not reflected in history even the quote changed.
    2)In account details I see products with a price , but it doesn´t reflect the price charged but current price

    more on short time…

    Hi it would be nice to integrate important add ons that are lying around and are getting lost in the forums, for example,

    - calendar patches (ical export, pda export, color enhancements, etc(
    - project management
    - tsolutions enhancements
    - asterisk integration

    don’t forget webmail features and usability, email ticketing system, and the PLUGIN or MODULE system *the most important one*

    Anyway it’s nice that the work is getting done, that you take the time to present the new features in an organized fashion, so kudos for that

    We are planning to upgrade the version of tcpdf library that we are using as they has been better support for LTR languages with newer version of tcpdf. We will try our best to achieve this. Please bear with us and we hope for the best.

    Good work with all the new stuff. Pleeeaaaaseee add also the feature where a contact can have multiple accounts. Some of the contacts that we have possess different companies and they have the same position. So we need to associate a contact with multiple accounts.

    Hia,

    Great work on vTiger - you guys are doing such a good job, I’ve been so impressed with it so far. I’ve looked around at other Open Source CRM and none of them look as good as vTiger in my opinion.

    I’m really looking forward to 5.1 as one of my clients needs multi-currency support. Look forward to downloading an advanced copy once the sources have been merged into the 5.1 branch.

    One little thing, can you insert some (5/6) field discount?

    My idea is insert these field in pricebook. So when I select a product in quote/order, I have automatically the price and the discounts associated with the product.

    Ops I forget a thing: pricebook and discont could be two different module and for each pricebook and discount record I can insert two date the begin date and the end date.

    In regards to Luis SAF-T question:

    By next year, all accounting software packages are required to include a SAF-T (Standard Audit File for Tax Purposes). SAFT-T is a standard for audit purposes established by the OECD.

    A Standard Audit File is the recording of key business information (transactions and ledger postings) into a file in a specified common format for audit purposes.
