vtiger CRM is used by thousands of companies all over the world as a means for their daily activities, but it can also work as a powerful and complete educational support as well. For the third consecutive year, vtiger was selected, among all CRM softwares, as the most adequate for the course of “Sistemi per il CRM” at the University of Brescia.

Eugenio Brentari, Professor of the course at the Faculty of Economics and Full Professor at the Department of Quantitive Methods, explains: “I am very satisfied with the choice of vtiger as the software package for the pratical classes of the course. vtiger is a great software: complete and easy to use. It is positively one of the best open source CRM softwares on the market.”

Andrea Alberici, researcher at the University of Brescia and President of the vtiger Partner Studio Synthesis, was selected in order to assist Professor Brentari and to help the students through all the secrets of vtiger. A full installation of vtiger CRM 5.0.4 was offered to the students on an online server so that they could access the system, each with their own account, from virtually everywhere and train themselves alongside with theoretical lectures.

This year, the course includes seminars from industry experts on WebAnalytics, ‘Integration between CRM tools and opensource BI software’, and ‘vtiger and evolutionary ERP’s’.

    Hi All,

Ryanair is having problems with Valencia (Spain) airport, I have no idea where the problem may be but yesterday they decided to cancel various of their flights that were leaving Valencia airport with no prior warning or information. My flight to Italy for the vtiger CRM conference was among the canceled and I am still in my sunny Spain office instead of in Italy.

Studiosynthesis and the University of Brescia have been kind enough to inform and move all the people that were coming to next Wednesday. I look forward to seeing you all then.

I booked my next flights with Iberia ;-)
