   Good product, just release 5.1 production ready version and most of my problems will be addressed.

   Sorry, more we use it, more we hate it.
   We are going back to Sugar.
   Why? Because of the vtiger crappy usability, absurd module installation methods and useless search.
   I really do hope that those problems get some attention from vtiger developers.
   Vtiger has so much potential to be the best FOSS CRM out there but… you really need to fix the usability etc.

    Hi,

    You’ll get my vote if you can point to where I can find the answer to this question: On the activity panel, when I go to an activity that is a phone call, I can not get the phone number to be displayed ?? I don’t want to have to go back to the account of the contact page. since this activity is a phone call, the phone number seems to be a vital info, right ?
    in the related info, I can see the account name and contact name, but I really need the phone.
