1) why use the Access Key instead of password?
2) When clicking on button CREATE LEAD, could I customize the asked fields? for exampleadd URL and other select menu?
I would also like to customise the standard fields when creating a trouble ticket I need to link it to an account?
@hotel supplies,
1. access key is used as the plugin internally uses the REST API internally.
2. all the mandatory fields for Leads will show up here. right now there is no way of adding non mandatory fields.
@steven,
if you make the field mandatory it will show up here, right now there is no way of adding non mandatory fields.
This plugin doesn’t work with my “german” firefox 3.5.3 (xpi says: not compatible).
Any solution elsewhere?
The link provided on the “The download for plugin is available here” above is different from the “download here” link found on the “For more information on firefox plugin, please visit here” page.
One results on vtigercrm-firefox-plugin-5.1.0.1.xpi while the other is vtigercrm-firefox-plugin-5.1.0RC.xpi.
The question is … are they the same plugin? if not … which one is the recommended? And this is important since those who go to the “For more information on firefox plugin, please visit here” will most likely download the plugin from the link provided there.

Thanks
Hi Jrtorrent,
the first one is the recommended plugin, i.e vtigercrm-firefox-plugin-5.1.0.1.xpi. we will update the link in wiki.
Thanks,
