I’m glad to inform that I have been invited to give a speech about the use of vtiger CRM in SMB in Mallorca on the 5th of November.
I will be showing the application and how to use it to cover business requirements
The speech will be transmitted via internet and recorded for future reference. I will post links when we are done.
We are on our way to making vtiger CRM the most popular open source CRM

Hi there vTiger team, i am just wondering what you have to say about this person’s comments. Are these addressed already or still at large?
Also, it seems that without any negative comments on your forum threads, it just won’t get a reply. Once it does, more than one staff seems to reply. I wonder why too…

Rgrds.
Great stuff Joe! Let us know how you go.
Rico,
We always encourage our community members to participate in taking up forum replies and extend the collaboration. As they too spend part-off their working time, we definitely want to give them enough time to review and share the comments. This will help knowledge base to improve.
Be patient, we do our routine checks of all the community discussion and update our comments to most of them.
I’m quite positive to see better collaboration and activeness in forum by all our vtiger users as we go forward. This will speed up the reply on the forum post and less frustration for new-comers
We respect the positive criticism in the article. Our platform is improving slowly. But we do accept there are lot-of-things-TODO in making the framework better.
We are learning to making things better and are ambitious in reaching the goal, just that it takes time and needs community support & patience.
Hope I clarified your question, if not let me know.
Regards,
Prasad
