Mobile Extension Module 1.1 released.

Mobile Extension Module 1.1 is now available. This release addresses a minor session loop-hole that was in earlier version. Thanks to Martin Henke for providing the fix.

Extension for download is available on marketplace, visit this link, for documentation click here.

For upgrading from version 1.0 to 1.1, following are the options:

* Use Module Manager > Upgrade action on module or
* Unzip the patch Mobile-patch-1.0-to-1.1.zip into your vtiger root folder.

    Any way to utlize the filters.
    Sometimes you only want to see a subset of the records for a module. I think it would be very helpful.

    Hi, All

    I am explaining my company process.
    Everybody can suggest me, how vTiger CRM can automate these process, successfully.

    We are working as agent or you can say as a sales representative in a certain geographic area.

    • Agent Acts as a third party service provider (sales rep) to its clients (suppliers)

    – Suppliers: International Raw material manufacturers and exporters
    – Customers: Local Finished Product Manufacturers & raw material importers buying from suppliers through agent.

    – Agent — planning to implement vTiger CRM.

    Agent is providing a sales, marketing, logistics, payment recovery and consulting service to the supplier. He is earning a %age of sales order value as commission for his service, after the order is negotiated+booked+shipped and payment made by customer to supplier.

    agent offers quotation and negotiates order with local customer on suppliers behalf. So in a way the agents customer is the supplier/exporters and the suppliers customer are the local buyers/importers.

    To do proper follow-up, and provide a good service to supplier the agent keeps record in his file system, of all docs sent from customer to supplier and supplier to customer VIA the agents office. these docs are L/C, suppliers invoice, import docs, shipping docs, etc, besides these agent also generates his own sales invoice and other docs.

    Hi Prasad,

    extension works fine under local installed LWAP.

    How ever on my web server (LWAP) extensions displays blank screen. vTiger seems OK

    I tried to override couple of times and set 777 to molules/Mobile recurvively; still getting blank screen.

    Any ideas?

    Help: Please.

    Installed this app through module manager upload on a hosted server (Siteground). Everything looked to be ok. Went to site /Mobile, /mobile, /modules/Mobile/index.php, modules/mobile/index.php all return error 404.

    Went to cPanel, permissions on Mobile folder and file index php were 777, changed to 755.

    Tried /Mobile, etc, still returns 404. Stumped on the next step or thing to try.

    I just got it going on my itouch connected over the LAN, looks good to start with and certainly shows promise.

    Now to get it going through a VPN.

    Dear all,

    Compliments for nice module.
    I’ve just installed mobile module and I’m wondering why, within a sales order, I cannot find where to add products lines/rows.
    Probably the same for invoice.
    I can see only header and document total amounts but not details or the button to add records.
    Is it normal ? Am I wronging something ?

    @Escribes,

    The error indicates the missing language file. Try to copy any existing modules/Project/language/*.lang.php as modules/Project/language/es_es.lang.php and see if it works.

    How can I completely remove this module so I can re-install it? I’ve tried manually removing the directories on the server but it still shows as being installed in Module Manager. Thanks!

    This module is great, the only problem, when viewing Potentials, you get the related to as:
    Related To: 4×296

    Is this a known bug, can the persons name be displayed instead?

    When you say next version, do you mean of Vtiger (5.2) or the Mobile Module?

    The only thing Im thinking is we now have alot of custom files etc with vtiger 5.1, I think it will be ALOT of work to convert to 5.2 :/

    I have found another bug, im unsure if you guys are aware or not, so thought I had better mention it anyway.

    When viewing the ‘Leads’ on the mobile module, it will show all previously deleted leads.
