The vtiger Exchange Connector is a commercial extension published by vtiger. It enables  Exchange Users the ability to synchronize their e-mail, Contacts, Calenders, and Tasks with vtiger CRM from any Exchange Client (such as Outlook, Outlook Web Client, and Entourage).

Customer Portal

 

vtiger CRM Customer Portal is an add-on package for vtiger CRM. Customer Portal offers a self-service portal to your customers to create/manage trouble tickets, access your Knowledge Base, and view Invoices, Quotes, Documents, and more. CRM Administrator can control the features available for portal users. Customer portal is an independent web application that can be installed on your website. It communicates with the CRM server using back end APIs. Access to the portal can be enabled for specific contacts and and the duration can be configured from the Contacts page.
