Requirements: Getting Started With vtiger CRM Mobile

vtiger CRM On Demand users can ignore this section as On Demand is ready for Mobile users.

vtiger CRM Mobile requires the Mobile module on the vtiger Server, which is included by default in vtiger CRM 5.2 and later versions. If you are using vtiger CRM 5.2 or later version you can skip the following steps.

To install the module on vtiger CRM 5.1.0 please follow the steps given below.

Step 1: Install Mobile API patch

Download vtigercrm510-Mobile12-dependency.zip and extract the zip file in the vtiger CRM Home directory on your server.

For those who are curious, this API patch includes the following:

• Webservice API: Query ignores sort order!
• Hook to override GetRelatedList API

Step 2: Mobile module (1.2) installation

Download Mobile-1.2.zip and install (or upgrade) it from Settings > Module Manager > Custom Modules.
