It would be great to have it working with both MS Word and OO.
But still, it works great!

This is just what I wanted. Mail merge without a dependence on MicroSoft Word or Internet Explorer.



Templates are easy to create, and the mail merge procedure is easy enough for my users.



The only small enhancement I could wish for is for when doing a mass mailing for the merged documents to have a unique name.

The template example says



"The merge will not work on custom fields with a label containing white spaces (ie Moon Address)"



But you can if you do this: Just remove the space in the merge field!



This works:



If I have an custom account field 'Moon Address" I can merge it by using the merge field 'ACOUNT_MOONFIELD'
