    "First Call to RegDBCreateKeyEx Failed"

    First Call to RegDBCreateKeyEx Failed

    I followed the installation guide and got the message "First Call to RegDBCreateKeyEx Failed" at the end of installation. I had the vtiger toolbar shown in Word but couldn't see any buttons and the pull down menu was empty. After uninstall & reinstall again, same message shown but the toolbar was no longer in the program. Can anyone help me?
