With this Zopim-vtiger integration, any information on the lead stored on vtiger is automatically retrieved prior to chat engagement.

At the end of every chat session, a link automatically shows up, giving users the option of saving the chat under a person's profile automatically. So now every customers' interaction on chat can be logged, giving a more complete profiling of the customer's needs and wants.

    1. You need a Zopim account. Sign up for one at www.zopim.com for free. 2. Login to www.zopim.com/account/integration, and click on vtiger 3. To set up the integration there, you need your vtiger Access key. Get it from vtiger console > "My Preferences" > "Access Key" 4. Key in your Access Key, Username and vtiger URL 5. Login to dashboard.zopim.com and start chatting!

    Excellent Tool

    Very simple to setup. It is web-based, can be used with any OS. Awesome SaaS product, even the free subscription is very impressive.

    Powerfull and simple

    Very powerful tool, very simple to integrate to web site and vtiger, you can integrate to gtalk, msn, and yahoo, answer to your customers and create automatically ticket from the conversation
