Thunderbird extension for vtiger CRM vttb3-0.507.xpi is mot working on Version 9.0.1
Is it possible to solve this?

I use it with TB 6-8, no issues. Tried with TB portable and desktop. My email server in IMAP. It is nice that leads can be created (with all info) directly from address book as well as contacts. I use TB feature to add to addres book from emails I receive from prospective customers (you can add CC as separate leads!). Then edit address cards in book, right click it and add as lead (you can select multiple cards that way). You can also add to vTiger directly, with this plug in, but info for lead/contact is short... If you have postal address for a lead, use a longer route described above. Also this way you have a address in your TB account as back up... Cannot Import Contacts from vTiger - it starts, fails several times, imports few contacts and each has 4 copies. So 4 stars. But Outlook plug in cannot sync contacts for me either...Also Outlook sents emails but no date of email is preserved in vTiger. And cannot create Lead/contact from Outlook, so I use TB plugin instead...

With current version of Thunderbird- 6.0.2 on a mac, upon install, and restart, we get a big white box that extends off the bottom of the screen- with no close or continue button.
It wants us to credential the plugin- but- we can't access the complete Thunderbird menu- only solution is to restart with the option key depressed and not use this extension. Needs fixed- it used to work.
