The vtiger CRM is integrated with popular open source Forums software, PhpBB (GPL) to cater to the needs of the vtiger CRM users to share the customer knowledge among them. Message Board is provided as an add-on, can be used as source of knowledge management and better collaborative communication across the company. All the registered CRM users can automatically access the message boards.
