Before creating mail merge templates from Microsoft®
Word® connect to vtiger CRM Demo running at
http://www.vtigercrm.com/demo/ as
given below:
- Start the Microsoft® Word®.
- In the Microsoft Word, click the vtiger CRM --> Configuration menu.
- In the vtiger CRM - Configuration dialog, enter the following user settings:
- User Name: Enter the user name as "admin".
- Password: Enter the password as "admin".
- Host Name: Enter the vtiger CRM live demo
server name as "www.vtigercrm.com.demo/".
- Click the OK button to apply the changes.
- Now start working with vtiger Office Plug-in.
