The vtiger Office Plug-in for Microsoft® Word® is a fully functional, enterprise-grade business productivity enhancement add-on for creating on-the-fly mail merge documents, such as form letters, mailing labels, envelopes, catalogs, and other documents based on customer data source in vtiger CRM.

Try vtiger Office Plug-in with vtiger CRM Demo

Before creating mail merge templates from Microsoft® Word® connect to vtiger CRM Demo running at http://www.vtigercrm.com/demo/ as given below:

  1. Start the Microsoft® Word®.
  2. In the Microsoft Word, click the vtiger CRM --> Configuration menu.
  3. In the vtiger CRM - Configuration dialog, enter the following user settings:
    • User Name: Enter the user name as "admin".
    • Password: Enter the password as "admin".
    • Host Name: Enter the vtiger CRM live demo server name as "www.vtigercrm.com.demo/".
  4. Click the OK button to apply the changes.
  5. Now start working with vtiger Office Plug-in.
