If you're experiencing a problem with vtiger CRM, chances are that others have experienced it, too. Even if coding isn't your forte, by documenting the issue and the solution, everyone in the community can benefit! The following is a common process by which you can document your issue to share with the community:

1) If you encounter an issue while using vtiger CRM, check the Wiki page for a solution.

2) If the solution is not documented and you are able to find one through experimentation, take detailed notes of the procedures you followed to resolve the issue and then

3) Add a page in the Wiki to share the solution with others.

If you enjoy documentation and collaboration, you can join the vtiger CRM Documentation Team. This team helps clean, proof read, and test the instructions in the community wiki. For more information, refer to our Wiki page

Even just a few lines can make a tremendous difference to someone who only understands that language and is just starting to learn about vtiger. To get involved with translating you can contact either the language pack maintainers or start off a new language pack by yourself.
