February 2013 – Update 2 – Faster Page Loads, Assignment Notifications, Ticket Comments in Emails and more.

Our second update in February went live on the 16th and included the following enhancements: Performance Improvements List and summary views should now load considerably faster. Notify New Record Owners When Record is Reassigned If, for example, a Sales Manager assigns a lead to a Salesperson, a workflow can now be created to automatically notify the Salesperson of the new lead assignment. Support Ticket Email Notifications Now Include Comments When a comment is added to a support ticket, the email notification sent to the customer will now include this comment along with the other ticket details. New Language Pack – Polish Zapraszamy do naszych polskich użytkowników! In addition to the above, 37 other minor enhancements and bug fixes were also released in this update. Would love to see the mobile app use “Aurigma up” as a tool to upload several images taken during my estimate process. It would also solve a tedious indexing and upload process when back home.

Yes, this would be an excellent time saving feature, especially if the estimator had the ability to upload the pictures directly into a project or project task through the mobile app!
