This pandemic has taught us many things, one of which is recognizing and encouraging ourselves when we achieve a goal. And the valuable lesson we have learned in this challenging period?

\nEven the tiniest achievements count a great deal in our lives!

\nLike an employee’s first deal win or the case that your team closed successfully, or an employee’s work anniversary in your company, these modest achievements prepare the path for greater ambitions and accomplishments.
\nOur objective at Vtiger is to integrate this philosophy into the CRM – to celebrate our set goals, tasks, etc., when they are completed<\/i>.

\nUsing our low code platform VTAP, we created a simple feature, Vtiger Confetti. You can now add confetti whenever you have a celebratory announcement to make. Isn\u2019t that an excellent way to appreciate achievements and enhance employee morale?<\/i>

\nAdding Event Listeners to every particular combination of work progression would be a massive effort without VTAP’s help, and it would also be a strain on the product. With VTAP, listening for the exact mix of work progression becomes a little easier, faster, and more precise.

\nThe CelebrateSuccess page comprises all of the work progression settings for a particular page(i.e., Deals, Cases, etc.) on which this feature is enabled.

\nTo add confetti to a new module or page is also relatively easy. Simply click the Add button on the CelebrateSuccess page.
\nSelect a desired module or page on which the feature should be displayed and add a work progression combination.
\n<\/br>

\nFor example, you can add confetti in the Cases module. The feature can be enabled for the status \u2018Resolved\u2019. This will result in a confetti shower whenever a case is closed.
\n
\nAnother example would be the Deals module with the status \u2018Closed won\u2019. This will add a shower of confetti whenever a deal is closed-won. Take a look at the image below!

\nA festive gesture that indicates that the objective or work that was set has been completed will definitely motivate employees to complete additional tasks.

\nThis feature was built using Vtigers\u2019s low code platform VTAP, and we used the Module Designer tool to bring it up. VTAP has an ocean of capabilities which makes creating and deploying new features and applications so much easier.
