Previously, we introduced<sup>[1]<\/sup> you to the Social module and discussed its Facebook aspect<sup>[2]<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p><b><i>In this post, we discuss how to use Google My Business from the Social module.<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p>Google My Business or GMB is a tool that helps businesses manage their online presence across Google platforms, including Search and Maps.<\/p>\n<p>Through Vtiger CRM\u2019s Social module, you can log in to your GMB account to create and publish content, manage reviews, and answer users\u2019 questions.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, you can configure multiple GMB accounts on Social depending on your business location.
