To avoid this kind of problems we have developed the MailQuery. It\u2019s an application that reside on the CRM server and wait for emails from standard mail client or smartphones. When the MailQuery receives a mail it replies whit the content of the search also via mail to the authorized sender address.<br \/>\nIn this way the customer doesn\u2019t have to open the firewall or dmz the system, and he can also query it by mail when on the road.
