In fact, starting this year, Vtiger is now the force behind one of the world's largest help desk operations handling millions of transactions per week. Hundreds of new businesses placed their trust in Vtiger to drive their business growth this year - many of them migrating to Vtiger from leading alternative CRMs that could not deliver true One View with the ease and cost-effectiveness that we do. On popular demand from universities around the world, we have launched a free Vtiger One Learning Edition this year. This is specially designed for students trying to learn CRM concepts as a part of their academic curriculum. The exciting journey we are on: In 2021, we started the journey of transforming Vtiger Cloud from a tool that delivered capabilities to a platform that gave our customers and partners an opportunity to build any unique and custom business solutions they wanted. We integrated VTAP, our super easy-to-use drag-and-drop low-code platform, into the One Professional and Enterprise editions. Our singular goal for 2022 has been to make it easy for our partners and client developers to build those solutions on the Vtiger platform. We have made good progress on this through enhancements to the various components of VTAP, including its low-code toolset and the no-code process flow designer. We are excited to see a high adoption and a wide range of new features being developed on the platform. Everything from custom dashboards, integrations, and custom modules to new capabilities like field sales, quality audit, and a full-scale learning management system (LMS) have been developed with VTAP. We were also mentioned in the Gartner Magic Quadrant, again! The platform capabilities along with the increasing depth of functionality such as Deal room were reasons cited by Gartner for including Vtiger amongst the select providers on the 2022 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Salesforce Automation (4th year in a row). This is an exciting journey for us - we are just getting started with a whole world of possibilities that will open up for our user base. And I was saving something close to our hearts for the last. In the last couple of years, while we have been navigating the challenges introduced by the pandemic, there was a lull in updates to Vtiger Open Source. There has been some criticism. We remain committed to our open-source community and have launched a new version of our open-source edition, Vtiger CRM 7.5, with support for PHP 8.x. This now brings the open-source codebase to the latest version of PHP, which includes many new features and performance improvements. As I said when I started this post, 2022 has been quite the year for us here at Vtiger. We continue to find great joy in delivering capabilities and solutions that make it easy for you to delight your customers.
