Data connector helps you sync data with other applications that have REST APIs. You can sync data from Contacts, organizations, Invoices, and other modules. It allows you to enable auto-sync, control direction of sync, frequency of sync, and many other options. 

WhatsApp Connector module in the Module Designer

The WhatsApp Connector can connect to different service providers. The Connector supports functions such as sending text messages, audio, video, pdf, ppt, doc, excel, and text files, sending print templates from Inventory modules, creating and linking files like documents, etc.

Now, you can use this integration with not just Twilio but also with Clickatell, Gupshup, and Textlocal.
