Unlock the power of Vtiger Targets!

- From the CEO’s Desk

If there is one fundamental aspect of planning and management that businesses agree on, then it is setting targets for both individuals and the organization.

Targets provide clarity, direction, and motivation. They help in better decision-making and contribute to the organization's overall success.

Keeping this in mind, and in our quest to continually enhance your Vtiger experience, we are thrilled to introduce a new tool - Vtiger Targets.

Traditionally, in Sales, targets have been synonymous with revenue. While revenue is undeniably crucial, you can also set targets to measure other metrics.

The Targets Add-on empowers managers to set goals across any module and metric.

With this Add-on, you can now set your sights on multiple key performance indicators (KPIs). For instance, you can track the following in Sales:

  • Calls made
  • Meetings held
  • Deals closed
  • Users added in new deals (ideal for SaaS companies)
  • The number of new clients onboarded
  • Regional revenue benchmarks

In Customer Service teams, you can empower your agents to excel by setting targets for:

  • Cases resolved
  • Chats handled with 4 or 5-star ratings
  • FAQs created
  • Articles updated
  • Calls received

For teams spanning Marketing, Engineering, and Project Management, you have the flexibility to establish personalized targets for tasks like:

  • Publishing case studies
  • Creating engaging videos
  • Launching informative blogs
  • Swiftly resolving issues (a must for your development team)
  • Reporting issues (a QA team member's goal)
  • Implementing usability improvements (UX team's priority)

Managers and users can effortlessly monitor their progress by comparing their achievements against predefined targets. Whether it's a daily, weekly, or monthly target, we've got you covered.

At Vtiger, we're committed to equipping you with the tools you need to succeed. With the Targets Add-on, you can steer your teams toward excellence and watch your goals turn into achievements.

The Vtiger Blog

If creating accurate quotes has been a bothersome process, then you should try Vtiger’s CPQ feature. CPQ or the Configure Price Quote feature simplifies the Quote creation process.

You can create customized quotes based on discounts, recommendations, and customer requests. It also lets you automate the Quote creation process, where product options are displayed and easily selected once the product is added to a Quote. Discounts are also immediately applied when parameters are met.

While your products and service bundles may be complex, the process of adding them to each quote becomes simpler with the CPQ feature. You can also send the Quotes to the customers with just a few clicks.

CRM Trends

Have you noticed a query popping up when you log in to your banking app? Or when you browse a travel portal? The first question would probably be, How may I help you today? And more often than not, this question would have come from a bot or a chatbot, to be precise.

Chatbots are software programs that can simulate human conversation and interact with humans via digital devices. Websites and applications today use bots to provide quick response or assistance to customers.

Most CRMs today provide the Chatbot feature. They are commonly used in the following areas:

  • They can answer customer questions, resolve issues, and provide support 24/7.
  • They can collect data from customer interactions, such as questions asked, problems solved, and products purchased. This data can be used to gain insights into customer behavior and help businesses personalize customer experiences.
  • They can interact with website visitors and social media audiences and generate leads.
  • They can also be used to qualify leads by asking questions about their needs and interests.

Chatbots are beneficial in many ways. They are powerful tools that can be used to improve customer service, generate leads, and collect data. They free up the time of your support agents by handling routine queries and issues. They gather information about customers and leads that will help you create content and target them with the right marketing messages. This data can also help you create personalized customer experiences.

When used effectively, they can enhance productivity, improve customer satisfaction, and increase sales.

Team Lead - Retention

Deal Room

It is a platform and a tool that brings the sales team and the client - all the stakeholders, onto a single page and gives a clear picture of the deal.

This platform provides transparency and reduces the gap between Sales teams and the clients. Any time the client or the sales team wants to view what is happening within the deal and get the information, it is the solution.

It is also the place where we get to see details like the stakeholders, next actions, discussions, meetups, docs, Q&A, commercials, implementations,  tasks, and stages – all the details related to the pipeline selected are visible, including the Go-live date.

Clients can log in to Deal Room to look up deal information and updates. They can show the details of a deal on a single page to key decision makers by simply opening the Deal Room rather than checking the old emails and conversations.

They can even book an event or ask the sales team for any query or document.

So, the Deal Room is one strong tool I recommend for all sales teams.
