Sales Return and Purchase Return modules

Want to record the excess stock you have in the CRM? We have added two new modules, Sales Return – for the excess stock the customer has returned, and Purchase Return – for the excess stock you are left with after purchase.

With these two modules in place, you can update the inventory with current stock numbers. You can also add the reason for return using a simple picklist.

Gantt Chart: Advance filter conditions in the ListView to control and display data. Great user experience.

From Name field in the Emails module: The names of mail senders will now be saved under the From Name field and shown in the Updates log.  

Zoom Integration: You will now be able to create an event using the ‘Activity Type’ field. The event you create will display details for the Zoom Meet, just like the Google Meet integration.

Order of the first name and last name: With this new name format, you will now be able to add names of contacts in the Last Name and First Name format, where the last name will appear first, followed by the first name. Especially useful for our Japanese customers.

Emails have GoTo actions: You will now be able to add action-supported buttons in your emails. With the GoTo actions, you can direct the user to your website to take actions multiple times. Sending that offer, survey, and gathering customer data becomes that much easier.
