LLM-powered Chatbot fine-tuned for your business

- From the CEO’s Desk

Imagine having a dedicated team member available around the clock, well-versed in all your product features, and always up-to-date by learning from past interactions—seems like a far-fetched dream, right? Not anymore.

Over the past year, the tech scene has been abuzz with the capabilities of applications like ChatGPT, Google Bard which are powered by Large Language Models (LLMs). This excitement stems from the groundbreaking advancements these technologies bring, and the potential use cases in diverse sectors.

Your business can take advantage of these capabilities to delight customers and empower employees with intelligent assistants. Instead of scouring your help pages for specific information, or waiting for help from an agent, your customers can interact with the AI powered Chatbot to get precisely the information they need, within seconds.

To do that, you need to first train the AI model on your business specific knowledge base. Vtiger Calculus AI is designed to provide an effortless way to train the model on your business-specific knowledge base captured in the form of Articles and FAQs in the CRM. It will also use existing conversations for further training.

Vtiger’s Chatbot is pre-wired to the custom model and will respond to customer questions with the information it got from your Articles and FAQs. With real-time, 24/7 assistance, our chatbot ensures no customer query goes unanswered, enhancing satisfaction, loyalty, and driving customer delight. The fine-tuned model also aids your agents by providing recommendations when responding to chat messages, emails, and support tickets.

Other places where the fine-tuned model will be useful is in showing recommendations to your agents when they are replying to chat messages and emails and customer support tickets.

With the LLM powered fine-tuned model, Calculus AI will free up more time for your teams to focus on strategic aspects like building relationships and closing deals.

Welcome to a new era of intelligent customer engagement!

Calculus AI is free for the first 3 months for customers who subscribe before March 31st, 2024.

CRM Trends

Did you know that the number of businesses adopting CRM systems will grow by 12% annually in the next five years? And as researched and reported by Gartner and Forbes, CRMs are poised to replace ERPs*.

We all know that ERPs have garnered the Lion’s share of the Enterprise market. So, how did this shift happen?

Well, it all boils down to the after-effects of COVID. During COVID, human interactions occurred over digital space, and remote work became a reality. Shopping, learning, gaming, etc., occurred online - a reliable internet connection was all that you required.

As digital transformations became the norm, CRM systems started innovating and adapting to changing customer behavior and data security. UIs became customer-friendly and easy to use. 2022 and 2023 saw CRMs focusing on automation and AI-driven features. Social CRM and Mobile versions became popular. 2023 also saw trends in the use of voice and conversational UI and IoT integrations.

Here is what you can look forward to in 2024:

  • Increased integration of voice and conversational UI with CRM features
  • Improved automation
  • Increased collaborative features
  • Predictive analytics
  • LLM usage for enhancing customer conversations
  • Hyper-personalization of CRMs
  • User-friendly and customer-centric UIs and functionality
  • More IoT integrations

We also foresee a rise in the self-service side of the CRM where Chatbots, videos, and documentation will help customers immensely in installation and resolving issues.

Another interesting feature is Gamification, which aims to make work more interesting.

We at Vtiger have already begun with GPT integration and Gamification. Read our newsletter to keep abreast of new trends.

Here’s to an interesting year ahead.

My Favorite Feature

Actions feature

Actions helps in viewing current Events, Tasks, reminders, and mentions at a glance. It helps save time since I do not have to search for things to do on a daily basis.

Actions also sends me reminders about events and tasks and notifies me when there are emails and task mentions.

A point to note - the Action feature also helps in figuring out the mentions based on various factors like Date range, mention from, mention to, Related to, etc.

On the other hand, it is a great feature for collaboration. I can create events and add my colleagues to the event. I can use the Activity section to update both colleagues and customers and also attach files. I can also create automated reminders and notifications to ensure others do not miss out.

I use Actions daily, and I can definitely say that it makes work easy to handle.
