Use the Process Designer to optimize your business processes and enhance productivity.

- From the CEO’s Desk

Implementing automation flows can quickly get messy, especially in a dynamic environment. Configuring Assignment Rules on one page, then Workflows on another page, and Approval rules in yet another would need an astute mind to keep track.

We have been working at making this process easy and are now pleased to launch the Early Access version of the Process Designer, the newest addition to VTAP.

With the visual process designer, administrators will find it easy to define flows and unify multiple flows into one process. We have also added versioning support to make it easy for Administrators to support business teams with changing needs. When troubleshooting, Admins can see which records have gone through the process.

In the Early Access version, Administrators will be able to define multiple workflows into a single process. Soon, we will be adding the support to add assignment rules and approval rules.

Process Designer is available for Vtiger One Enterprise clients.

Digital signature apps for swift business growth

With businesses going global and many people opting to work from home, you hear more and more instances of documents being signed digitally or electronically these days. Sending documents by snail-mail or courier for signatures or approvals seems to be phasing out.

Digital signatures and electronic signatures (e-signatures) are as authentic as traditional paper and ink. The difference between an electronic signature and a digital one is encryption. A good digital signature app ensures that signatures are almost impossible to forge or tamper with. These days digital signatures are commonly used to sign contracts, agreements, approvals, etc. For example, a record of financial transactions, employee contracts, business agreements, and so on. The advantage is you can also set up an approval process or a multi-level signature process for a document using these apps, thereby saving time. Imagine a paper document moving from desk to desk for the same till all signatories add their stamp of approval.

Many CRMs provide integration with digital signature apps such as DocuSign, Adobe Sign, Hello Sign, Zoho Sign, etc. (Top eSignature Apps). Integrating with these apps makes it easy for you to send, sign, and receive documents anywhere and anytime. What’s more, these apps are supported on a variety of devices.

Vtiger CRM supports easy integration with DocuSign and Zoho Sign, two popular e-signing apps. You can automate the signing process by setting up a workflow and also track a document’s progress. Enable your employees, customers, and partners to sign documents from anywhere and keep your business running smoothly.
