Present the Vtiger Deal Room to your buyers!

What better way to start the new year than by doing something that will enhance a buyer's experience. 

That is precisely what we set out to do while developing the Deal Room, more formally referred to as the Digital Sales Room.

The Deal Room is a microsite designed to be a collaborative hub that brings together sellers and buyers. Instead of scouring past emails and repositories to find previously shared documents, buyers will be able to access all the information in one place. 

Prospects can also invite other stakeholders to the Deal Room to help them catch up quickly. 

In addition to enhancing buyer and seller collaboration, Deal Room will also make forecasts more accurate by reducing mismatch in expectations on time frames and requirements. When everyone is looking at the same date, forecasts will be better. 

Deal Room comes with built-in security. Buyers get access to the Deal Room only after entering the OTP sent to their deal-linked contact email address. 

Deal Room is available for Professional and Enterprise editions and can be installed from the marketplace. Deal room is free during the beta period until May 1, 2022.

Deals: You can see the Purchase Cost and Margin fields in the deals’ line items.

Documents: You can now upload multiple documents at once to the Documents module to case replies and comments. 

Duplicate Records: The Duplicate Records widget under One View now provides the option to merge duplicates.

Products: Do you know you can add information about defective products with a new field called Defective Quantity in the Products module.
