Google Drive and Dropbox integration, Twilio click-to-call, new workflows, and more – June Update 1

On Monday June 9th we continued rolling out the most requested features by our customers. These included cloud storage integration with Dropbox and Google Drive, improved document access from within records, new workflows functionality, and more. Read on for a summary list of all the changes:

  • Google Drive and Dropbox can now be integrated with the Documents module
  • Documents widgets and modules now have in-browser file previews, and download links
  • Documents module redesigned for better usability
  • Filters records based on fields from related modules (i.e. in Contacts you can now filter records with Organizations listed in the country “United States”).
  • Mail Converter now lets you add Opportunities and attach emails.
  • Print Templates now allow you to edit/save the template before printing.
  • Workflow “Update field” action now allows you to change field values in related modules.
  • Phone Calls module now has click-to-call functionality for Twilio accounts.

Some other features we would like to highlight from the previous two updates include

  • Inventory module related workflows can now have attached PDFs
  • List view filters can be duplicated
  • Auto-responder emails now have configurable triggers
  • The Mail Converter now allows the creation of tickets with/without an associated contact.
  • In the Calendar, the list view can now be set as the default view
  • Global search can now be sorted
