Simultaneously, Vtiger was voted the 4th best CRM in GetApp’s Category Leaders ranking out of more than 350 CRM solutions. Both of these recognitions help validate that we’re meaningfully impacting our mission – “To helps businesses create fruitful and enduring relationships with their customers through software.”
Jim Dickie who is a partner with CSO Insights went on to compliment Vtiger as a “Solid Starter CRM Solution” with regard to both functionality and affordability. Analysts rated us 3.8 in customer satisfaction and 4.2 in affordability out of a max score of 5, which affirms our belief in the fact that our product truly speaks for itself!
GetApp’s quarterly CRM rankings showcase Vtiger as one of the top 5 CRM leaders in the cloud. The ratings were based on 5 factors namely – reviews, integrations, mobile, functionality and security. Vtiger bagged 4th position in the leaderboard.
Some of the key factors fuelling the CRM market are – the increasing need for business intelligence & insights, the constant requirement for better customer experience and the growing demand for streamlining the sales process and effective utilization of workforce. Implementing a good CRM software will become more of a necessity than an option in the years to come if companies want to survive this competition.
