vtiger News

This feature provides vtiger CRM users and administrators news updates about product and development. This is a RSS news feed fetched from the vtiger server.

Submit Feedback to vtiger Team

This feature lets you submit feedback about vtiger CRM to the vtiger team. This feature sends the text you entered to vtiger Team along with the non-personal information (vtiger version, operating system, ..etc). You may also choose to submit your email address if you would like us to contact you.

Show list of extensions

This feature retrieves the list of recommended extensions from the vtiger server and displays to the user (only available for vtiger CRM administrators).
To create the recommended list, vtiger CRM sends non-personal information (vtiger version, operating system, industry) to the vtiger server.

Report Issue

This feature allows the user to report a problem in case vtiger CRM does not function properly as per the users expectation.
This feature sends non-personal information (vtiger version, operating system, installed extensions) along with the system inforamation (available disk size) ..etc
