Full-Stack Engineer (Marketing Team)

Vtiger is looking for a Full-Stack Engineer (with a Front-End focus) to join our marketing team and lead the technical implementation and maintenance of our customer-facing web properties.

Vtiger's web properties are seen by thousands of people every day, who come to learn about our products and services, partnerships, and other opportunities. To help our visitors achieve these goals, our sites must be easy to find and navigate, while engaging visitors with unique experiences that inspire them to take their relationship to the next level. The marketing engineer will work closely with product marketing and design teams to bring those experiences to life.

To succeed in this position, the right candidate is capable of working across a range of platforms from WordPress to experimental ones, and is not worried about getting their hands dirty in a CMS's engine. Meanwhile, they are up to date on design conventions and trends, and consider themselves strongest in front-end skills - capable of leading the planning and implementation of digital web customer experiences that rival the engagement of the best out there (think Stripe and Intercom). Your responsibilities will include:


  • Researching, recommending, and implementing front-end frameworks, libraries, WordPress templates and plugins
  • Editing pre-existing code, from WordPress or other CMSs, templates, plugins, to add new functionality
  • Writing maintainable custom code in HTML, CSS, Javascript, and PHP to customize or build experiences from scratch
  • Working with the marketing and design teams to cull ideas, develop a plan, and implement experiences in a responsive and maintainable way
  • Transforming design specifications into modern, functional, responsive websites


  • 2+ years working on modern, user-friendly digital experiences

Senior UX Designer

Looking for a user-experience (UX) designer who is proficient in multiple skills, ranging from psychology to design and technology.

Front-End Engineer

Social Media Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a driven Social Media Marketer to lead Vtiger's Social Media Marketing efforts across all social channels.

The Social Media Associate is responsible for providing support to marketing and responsible for overseeing the social media accounts owned by the company. Specific duties include: working with other staff to develop and administer a social media plan, monitoring on-line reviews and responding accordingly. Composing social media posts which involve; copy writing, posting/editing photos, and videos and some minimal graphic design. This position also requires interacting with other staff to create content as well as for composing statistics and reports.


  • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.
  • Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, infographics, GIFs, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action. Oversee design of content visible on social media accounts.
  • Curate content from around the web on topics that the company’s target audience might be interested in.
