The Standard Support Plan includes access to our various support channels and additional consultation and onboarding support so that you can get set up and scale quickly.

Two Free Hours of Onboarding

Utilize two free hours of onboarding with a specialist to discuss your business requirements and how those translate into Vtiger CRM. The two free hours must be used within the first 45 days from the subscription date.

  • Webinars: Join live webinars about product walk-throughs. Access and view recorded webinars at any time.
  • Video Tutorials: Learn how to use Vtiger CRM through video tutorials that walk you through every step of the way.
  • Vtiger Academy: The platform provides various resources and training materials in the form of courses.
  • eBooks: Read through the eBooks and learn how to manage the business successfully using Vtiger CRM.

What is not included

  • Training: Vtiger Academy offers free courses for different users. We also offer paid training sessions upon request.
  • Implementation: Vtiger, along with partners, offers implementation services to set up the CRM for your team.
  • Onboarding: Outside of the two free hours, additional consulting time can be purchased.
  • Support for 3rd party applications (ex: Support for Asterisk, Twilio, etc.)
