As we look back on the year gone by at Vtiger, this thought feels especially true. Beyond milestones and momentum, what defined the year were the people behind the work and the moments that brought us together. From everyday collaboration and shared problem-solving to celebrations, conversations, and time spent connecting beyond our screens, these experiences shaped how we worked and what we built. This year-end reflection is a look at those moments -the ones that quietly strengthened our teams and carried us forward through the year.
- Prioritising Safety and Preparedness
Looking out for one another has always been part of how we work together at Vtiger. This year, that belief took shape through First Aid and CPR training sessions that gave our teams practical, life-saving skills they can carry with them well beyond the workplace. These sessions reminded us that preparedness is about care and about being there for each other when it matters most.
We followed this with Fire Safety training, helping everyone better understand emergency procedures and preventive practices. These sessions weren’t just informative-they helped build confidence and a shared sense of responsibility in the spaces we work in every day.
- Putting Health First
Amid busy schedules and full calendars, we made space to pause and focus on well-being. Our health checkup initiative encouraged team members to take a moment for themselves to check in, reflect, and prioritise their health.
It was a simple but meaningful reminder that taking care of ourselves is essential to doing our best work, today and in the long run.
- Moments That Brought Us Together
Some of our favourite moments this year happened over shared meals and easy conversations. Team lunches gave us the chance to step away from our screens, catch up with colleagues, and connect beyond everyday work. Good food, great memories!
We also hosted leadership lunches, creating a relaxed space for open dialogue, shared perspectives, and honest conversations. These moments helped strengthen trust and conversations across teams, strengthening the idea that leadership is as much about listening as it is about guiding.
- Team Spirit Beyond Work
Healthy competition and shared enthusiasm found their place in our company-wide cricket match- VPL (Vtiger Premier League). Teams came together on and off the field amongst loud cheers, friendly banter, and the occasional joke from the winning team!
- Investing in the Next Generation of Talent
Building for the future also means investing in people who will shape it. Throughout the year, our HR team led hiring drives across various colleges, engaging with students eager to begin their professional journeys.
These interactions were focused conversations on learning and sharing what it’s like to grow at Vtiger. Connecting with young talent brought fresh perspectives into our days and reinforced our belief in nurturing potential from the very beginning.
- Stepping Out Together
Our office outing to Wonderla was a refreshing change of pace. A day filled with laughter, excitement, and shared experiences. Spending time together outside the office reminded us how energising it can be to disconnect from routine and simply enjoy each other’s company.
Moments like these help build bonds that carry back into the way we collaborate every day.
- Learning, Sharing, and Thought Leadership
Curiosity and learning continued to shape our year. The Calculus AI webinar brought together conversations around emerging technologies and their practical applications, offering space to learn, ask questions, and exchange ideas. his webinar covered key topics such as Agentic AI vs Generative AI, an overview of Agentic AI capabilities in Vtiger Calculus, live demos showcasing pre-built agents, default prompts, and the Agent Builder—along with a surprise feature and an interactive Q&A session.

- Beyond the Workplace
Some of the most meaningful moments this year came from giving back. Through CSR drives supporting local government schools (Government High School, Mysuru and Government Higher Primary School, Juganahalli to name a few), teams came together to contribute resources and support initiatives that help create better learning environments.
Alongside this, Vtiger also funded solar streetlights in Bellati, near Cauvery Wildlife Sanctuary, helping make streets safer and communities more sustainable. Know more about this project here.
This initiative was a small but meaningful step toward creating positive change, and a reflection of the responsibility we share as an organisation.
- Looking Ahead: Nextgen
As the year came to a close, we reached an important milestone with the soft launch of Nextgen. This moment was the result of months of collaboration, conversations, and careful planning across teams.
More than a launch, it represents the direction we’re heading, shaped by everything we learned this year and the collective effort that brought us here. We are looking forward to sharing more of this adventure as it unfolds in the coming months.
As we close out the year, we do so with gratitude—for the people, the moments, and the shared experiences that made it meaningful. Every conversation, collaboration, and celebration added to the story we built together. With fresh energy and renewed focus, we look ahead to the year to come and the opportunities it will bring.
